Nicolette is a Business Director at PPURPOSE. She comes from a background in live events, from promoting music events and festivals in the UK to booking international acts in stadiums and club rooms across Asia.
Keenly interested in culture, she brings ideas to life through brand programming strategy and ideation, all the way to event production and advocacy management for clients like Asian Civilisations Museum, AWARE, DBS Bank, National Youth Council, Netflix and StarHub

CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Tracy has built a career around an intense preoccupation with the five C’s - culture, creativity, causes and cultivating communities. From her decade heading up marketing, PR and programming at internationally acclaimed super club, Zouk, to championing emerging fashion designers through the trade arm of Singapore Fashion Week, Blueprint, to being the go-to culture consultant for various lifestyle media and brands. It’s this irrepressible enthusiasm and cross industry know-how that gets channelled into the unique take PPURPOSE has on experiential, programming and advocacy and always making sure the work means something
MELISSA SHARIF
PR AND COMMS LEAD
Melissa is the PR and Communications lead at PPURPOSE and The Secret Little Agency where she oversees PR efforts and comms for the agency and its clients. With over 3 years of integrated media experience with corporate and consumer clients, Melissa has consulted for global and regional clients such as adidas, Mastercard, Prime Video, Estée Lauder Companies, UNIQLO and Lazada amongst others. Her expertise lies in media and influencer relations, and PR/comms-related matters such as press releases, coordinating media queries, script writing, crisis management and media training

SENIOR PRODUCER
Meizhi is a Senior Producer at PPURPOSE. Born and bred on the sunny island of Singapore, Meizhi has travelled and lived around the world planning events and experiences, from stage managing in New York, organising community events in Berlin, producing large scale conferences in Singapore to creating immersive food and beverage experiences in Shanghai. Her past clients include: Eat Just, Supergoop!, Bordeaux Wines, Plaza 66, Xintiandi, The Bottle Project, Jingan Kerry Centre and more.She is passionate and dedicated to creating one-of-a kind experiences that comfort, challenge and connect. Yu Shan is the Designer at PPURPOSE. She has a diverse background spanning design, psychology, and wellness. With an interest in the intersection of psychology and design, she has a particular fascination for how design can influence decision-making and human behaviour. This perspective naturally guides her creative process, with a focus on developing solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also deeply human-centred.
